Good stuff. I have chronic pain that is sciatica related. I treat with a layered regimen. This roll-on is my topical treatment. I apply to the L4-L5 region, at my knee, and on my foot 2-3 times a day. Occasionally, I need to use it for breakthrough pain so I may use it up to 5 times a day on really bad days. My hands stay clean because of the roll-on and no noticeable smell lingers. I also use 1200mg tincture 2-3 times a day, so I use the lower dosage of this roll-on. The line of products does have higher dosages available, but this one works very well for my situation.
